Anna & Richard’s wedding - Itinerary

Thank you all for coming to our wedding!

As you know, we’ve had to make some changes this weekend, but we’re very much looking forward to celebrating our wedding and sharing time with you.

The updated itinerary is as follows:

Friday / Saturday - guests arrival at Hotel Skala and Hotel Polonia.

Friday evening and Saturday day - at your leisure.

Some spaces on shuttle bus to church available, collecting from both hotels (but primarily for Skala guests.) Full details below.

Saturday 5.40pm - arrive at Church.
Rzymsko-Katolicka Parafia Ordynariatu Polowego WP, pw. sw.Kazimierza Krolewicza, ul. Dokudowska 17,21-500 Biala Podlaska.

Saturday 6.00pm - Mass and blessing.

Saturday 7.00pm - depart Church for Hotel Polonia.
Hotel Polonia ul. Hotelowa 5, Grabanów, 21-500 Biała Podlaska.

Saturday 7.15pm until late - Wedding Reception at Hotel Polonia.
Where possible, transport will be provided for those who need it to return to Hotel Skala when you’re ready to retire.

Sunday 1.00pm - 6.00pm - After party at Hotel Polonia.
We recommend you arrange and share taxis to and from Polonia, if staying at Skala.

Sunday / Monday - guests depart.
Please settle your room bills directly with the hotel at check out. Saturday night is already paid for.

SHUTTLE BUS ON SATURDAY:

There will be a bus available to take guests to the church, but it will have a limited number of seats available (51). The bus timetable will be:

5.00pm SHARP! leave Hotel Polonia to go to Skala, with MAX 28 guests on board.*

5.20pm leave Hotel Skala, with all 23 Skala guests, to go to Church. (If any Skala guest DOES want to take their car instead, please advise the others so the bus doesn’t wait for you.)

5.40pm arrive at the Church.

After mass, return directly to Hotel Polonia for the reception.

*To avoid the Skala guests from driving to Polonia and having to abandon their cars at the end of the evening, post-vodka consumption, we would ask that 23 seats are left vacant when the bus leaves Polonia, so all Skala guests can be collected. Therefore Polonia guests are asked, if possible, to take their cars to Church, or seek a lift from others. There are 28 seats available for Polonia guests who cannot do either.

Sorry, we won’t be able to “manage” the bus at the time, to check which guests do and don’t get on it. If you miss the bus, please arrange your own alternative transportation.
